Bonds in this range can usually be underwritten on a simple basis utilizing a minimum of information.
If the contractor will provide the following information, we can quickly determine if bonding is possible:

Complete Page one of the Contractor Questionnaire 
(645kb) and sign & date the
last page;

Personal financial statement (214kb);

Latest Business Financial Statement; If not available, then a copy the last tax return;

Bank reference letter (216kb); make certain banker completes their portion;

Bond request form (195kb);
If credit and project references return satisfactory, we can demonstrate experience in the type of work to be performed and reflect adequate capital to finace the work, a bond will be provided.
